I found an item I like, but my size is not available.

 

All items are unique, created as a one-of-a-kind piece in a single size. If the item you like isn't available in your size, unfortunately, you won't be able to order it in another size. Our concept is to create unique pieces, not to produce size variations or limited editions. We hope other creations in our collection will catch your eye.

Has my order already been shipped?

 

You will be notified by a personalized email as soon as your order is shipped, at the same time as we hand it over to the postal delivery service. You will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided by the postal service.

My order is incomplete

In the event that we have made the mistake of sending you an incomplete order and you are missing an item, please contact us by email, quoting your order number. We will check the information provided and, if we have made a mistake, we will send you the missing items free of charge, along with our sincere apologies.

How can I pay?

 

The shop allows you to pay for your orders using all types of credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, you will not be able to pay with services such as PayPal or Apple Pay. We are considering possibly adding these payment methods in the future.

If I am unsure about an article, how can I ask for information?

 

If you are interested in an item but would like additional information that you cannot find on the product page, you can either use the contact form at the top of this page or send us an email to the following address: algiz.streetwear@gmail.com

We will be happy to answer your questions.

Can I track my order?

 

We use postal services for our deliveries; once the package has been handed over to the post office, you will be notified by email, and then you will be able to access the tracking of the package via the package number using the postal tracking tools.

You sent me the wrong items

If we have made a mistake and sent you a package containing items that you did not order:  Contact us by email or phone, quoting your order number. Once the error has been confirmed, return the package to us and we will send you the missing items free of charge and refund the cost of the return shipping, along with our sincere apologies.

Delivery - What is the price and delivery time?

We use the postal service for our shipments. The price and delivery time will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery option chosen between standard and express. So, in general, delivery times range from 48 hours to 3 to 5 days.
